Indication

 The drug is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with multiple myeloma who have received at least one previous course of anticancer therapy, in combination with: daratumumab and dexamethasone, lenalidomide and dexamethasone, or dexamethasone alone.

Dosage

 The dose is calculated according to the patient's body surface area (BSA). Patients with PPT greater than 2.2 m2 should receive the dose calculated for PPT 2.2 m2. Dose adjustment is not required if changes in body weight do not exceed 20%.
